In 1991, I first tried this new thing called "karaoke" that was sweeping the nation. I hadn't sung in public in high school! Nervous didn't describe what I was feeling as my heart raced and voice cracked... But I LIKED it. As I felt more relaxed, so did my voice and people enjoyed it. The next thing I knew I was hosting shows, then bought equipment, then got on the radio!
In 2001, I used my experience as an EMT and EMS Dispatcher from NYC EMS to get on-air providing traffic reports on radio and television in Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley. This gave me the opportunity to host a multitude of charity events and even sing some tunes with some great local bands.
Now, I'm back in New York's Capital District performing and entertaining at weddings, parties and events throughout the area. I've never been more blessed that I am right now to have my family and wonderful friends supporting me and sending me business that barely even compares to work as I love it so much. Even my full-time job as a Systems Engineer is more fulfilling that I even imagined it would be at this point in my life.
I would enjoy bringing such positive energy to YOUR event, too. Thanks for reading. See you soon.
